How Valé Works
From arrival to departure, every moment is tracked, verified, and effortless.
Arrival & Handover
The customer arrives at the venue. A valet driver receives the keys and opens the Driver App. The experience starts digitally from the first interaction.
Car Onboarding
The driver enters the customer's phone number. The customer ID is automatically matched from the Valé system. Onboarding video available
Parking & Recording
The driver proceeds to the parking bay, records a video of the parked car, and enters parking details. These instantly sync to the Customer App.
Customer Tracking
In the Customer App, guests view parking bay location, car video, car status, timer, and any applicable charges — no more paper slips or uncertainty.
Car Delivery Request
When ready to leave, the customer taps "Request Car Delivery". The task is dispatched to available drivers for immediate action.
Smart Auto Assignment
If no driver accepts a job in time, the Manager App automatically assigns it to the most suitable available driver, keeping queues moving.
Venue Ticket Validation
Bars and restaurants validate parking tickets through the Venue Panel, bridging hospitality, loyalty, and parking in one flow.
